Laura Stratford is a Chicago-based musical theatre writer who regularly falls down obscure rabbit-holes on topics ranging from the paranormal to politics. She has written about liberal arts colleges, amateur pornography and the legal system, gentrification’s impact on community, mathletes, the children of the uber-rich, and ghosts. She is primarily a lyricist and librettist, although she occasionally composes music as well. She loves stories in all forms.
